At Just Simplified SA, we deliver products to customers throughout South Africa only. We do not currently deliver outside South Africa.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 working days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time starts after the order has been processed and handed over to the courier.

Gauteng Delivery:
Estimated delivery time is 1–2 working days after order processing.

National Delivery within South Africa:
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days after order processing, depending on the delivery address and courier route.

Remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Our shipping fees may vary depending on the product size, weight, delivery location, and courier service used.

Standard Shipping: From R99, depending on product size and delivery location.
Bulky or Heavy Items: Additional courier charges may apply and will be shown at checkout before payment.
Free Shipping: Where free shipping is offered on selected products or promotions, this will be clearly displayed on the product page or at checkout.

Customers will always be able to review the delivery fee before completing payment.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to physical addresses within South Africa, including residential addresses, business addresses, and courier-serviceable areas.

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and email address are correct when placing your order.

Products on Display in Store

Products shown on our website or listed as available in store may be ordered online and shipped directly to customers within South Africa.

The same shipping costs and estimated delivery times listed in this policy apply to products ordered online, including products that are on display in store.

Courier Delivery

Orders are delivered using courier partners. Delivery takes place during normal working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

A tracking number may be provided once the order has been dispatched, where available.

Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to courier delays, incorrect address details, public holidays, supplier delays, high order volumes, or remote delivery locations.

If there is a delay with your order, we will assist with courier follow-up where possible.
